Pursuant to Chapter 131, Section 40 MGL, the Tolland Conservation Commission will hold public hearings September 8, 2015, beginning at 3:00 PM at Tolland Town Hall, 241 West Granville Rd, Tolland, MA for the following purposes:

In attendance: Rosey Campbell, Marla Byrnes, Rob Levesque, Valerie Bird, Alan Binder
- RDA- Submitted by Rosemund Campbell, 88 Stones Throw. Applicant seeks to remove 3 trees in buffer zone of Cranberry Pond.
Negative determination. Project approved. RDA 2015-4
- RDA- Submitted by Bobye List, 245 Lakeside. Applicant seeks to remove 7 trees in the buffer zone of Cranberry Pond.
Negative determination. Project approved. RDA 2015-5
- NOI- (Continued from August 27) Submitted by Marla and John Byrnes of 308 South Trail. Applicants seek to tear down and rebuild house on Noyes Pond. Also seek to remove five trees endangering their home in the buffer zone of Noyes Pond.
Project will use a double barrier of erosion control for rebuild. NOI approved as presented in plans.
